With over 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, and social impact leadership, Clara brings a powerful blend of innovation, purpose, and strategic excellence to the organization.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) specializing in Information Systems, an MBA (Global Business), and several advanced professional certifications. Clara has built a distinguished career as a dynamic strategist who leads with empathy, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to community upliftment.

The Story Behind Flux & Flow

Flux & Flow was born from Clara’s heartfelt encounters with the hidden struggles of the women and girls around her. In every circle she moved through — friends, colleagues, young girls she mentored — she witnessed recurring pain points: discomfort from poor-quality products, girls missing school due to lack of access, families forced to prioritize essentials over menstrual care, and the growing impact of menstrual waste on the environment-with no safe alternatives.

These weren’t isolated stories; they were everyday realities. And witnessing this broke something open in Clara. She felt a powerful, urgent pull to change it — not someday, but now. She knew African women deserved better: products that honor their dignity, protect their health, and care for their environment.
