Our Story
We heard the sting of low-quality, harsh chemical menstrual products, the growing weight of disposable waste piling up in landfills, and the heartbreak of girls missing school because period care is out of reach.
Those moments ignited a movement.
Flux & Flow is more than a brand — it is a promise to African women and girls. A promise to turn pain into purpose by creating menstrual care solutions that protect women’s health while caring for the planet.
Through safe, sustainable, reusable, and biodegradable innovations, we are building a new standard of menstrual care designed for both people and planet.
Built by African women, for African women, Flux & Flow is driven by impact, guided by purpose, and powered by community.

Designed to be gentle on sensitive skin, Flux & Flow pads combine ultra-breathable comfort with super-absorbent, leak-proof protection. Our advanced 3D side leak guard system and negative ion technology provide anti-inflammatory and deodorizing support while remaining biodegradable and eco-friendly.
As a social enterprise, our work extends beyond products. We are committed to advancing menstrual health through education, community partnerships, and initiatives that expand access to menstrual care for girls and women in underserved communities.
Through innovation and purpose, Flux & Flow continues to build a future where menstrual care supports women’s health, protects the environment, and upholds dignity for every girl.
